As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients at Common Companion Vet Co. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both clients and their pets.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and address inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, ensuring efficient use of the veterinary team’s time.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and veterinary staff, relaying important information and updates.
  • Handle payments accurately, maintain financial records, and process invoices.
  • Maintain and update client and pet records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, ensure the reception area is tidy, and manage inventory of office supplies.
