Under direct supervision of the Recreation Supervisor and related management team, performs and leads customer service duties at the Frisco Athletic Center. Monitors activities of assigned staff and participants, issues and maintains equipment, provides program, facility and membership information to customers, and enforces facility policies and procedures. The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by the incumbent(s) in this position.
