About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative who also makes pizzas. The role is an entry-level opportunity to develop teamwork and customer-service skills while preparing pizzas and helping provide a positive customer experience. Training is provided in pizza-making techniques, and employees work as part of a team in the kitchen and at the counter.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, taking phone and counter orders, operating the cash register, collecting payments, preparing consistent products according to Domino’s guidelines, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Employees are expected to maintain an organized work environment and a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s grooming standards.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Complete a criminal background check.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
