About The Position

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team at the D. O'Sullivan Insurance Agency. As a customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to assist our clients with their insurance needs and provide exceptional service. This role involves assisting customers with policy inquiries and changes, processing insurance policy applications and renewals, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner, providing information about insurance products and services, and supporting the agency in various administrative tasks. The agency is an Allstate Insurance Agency - Donna O'Sullivan, serving the Havertown, PA community for over 20 years, dedicated to providing personalized insurance solutions and building lasting relationships. As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out, help grow an Allstate agency, build relationships in your community, and explore other opportunities within the agency and beyond, including potentially becoming an Allstate agency owner. Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to obtain or possess an insurance license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
