About The Position

You will provide exceptional service through effective communication, issue resolution, and order processing while occasionally participating in travel-based training sessions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry tasks
- Adaptable to dynamic work environments and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
- Resolve customer issues with accuracy and professionalism
- Process orders and update customer information via data entry
- Document interactions and maintain detailed records
- Communicate proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction
