Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
Nice To Haves
- HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Must be comfortable calling our customers to advertise services
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
- Enter and update customer information accurately
- Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups
- Communicate effectively with technicians and management
