About The Position

Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Plumbing Office Support Why The Clean Plumbers The Clean Plumbers has proudly served the Tampa Bay area for over 40 years, delivering fast, reliable residential plumbing services. Our customer service team plays a critical role in our success, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and supporting our field teams. This is a Sunday–Thursday position , with remote work on Sundays and in-office work Monday–Thursday .

Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience (required)
• Strong understanding of service dispatch and call handling
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus , not required

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and schedule plumbing service appointments
• Support service dispatch and coordinate with technicians
• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and sales teams
• Manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Accurately document customer interactions and service details
• Deliver a positive, customer-first experience on every call
