A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST/PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) In this customer care position, you handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner. Each day, you complete a variety of important tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general assistance with booking plumbing-related jobs. You maintain a positive and professional demeanor while still working quickly and efficiently. You work Monday through Friday during regular office hours (approximately 25-30 hours per week), with the possibility of an after-hours call rotation .
