About The Position

Champion Cleaners is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for their Vestavia Hills, AL location. This role involves acting as a customer service representative with a positive attitude, communicating effectively with the management team, and maintaining a positive team spirit. The job duties include processing garments into the dry cleaning software system, working efficiently to meet high volume and time constraints while ensuring a safe work environment. The company prides itself on providing the best quality in dry cleaning, laundry, and customer service. The representative will interact with customers, primarily face-to-face, receive incoming orders, complete transactions for outgoing orders, and record customer information into the computer system. The role requires following all correct procedures and guidelines, properly inventorying and sorting items, and immediately informing management of any shortages or customer complaints. The representative will assume responsibility for all components of the job from start to finish and respond promptly to customer needs.
