Requirements

2+ years of Customer Service experience in residential home services required, such as: Garage Doors, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Roofing, Solar, Pest Control, Restoration, Similar residential service industries
Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable learning new software and technology.
High school diploma or equivalent.

ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with confidence and efficiency.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text regarding appointments and service updates.
Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and documentation.
Resolve customer concerns while providing timely and effective solutions.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit our customers.
