About The Position
Customer Service Representatives greet customers, answer phones, provide customer service, and prepare pizzas quickly and accurately. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow, including potentially moving into management. The restaurant operates every day of the year, including weekends and holidays, when it is busiest.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly and comfortable speaking with strangers.
- Be a team player, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Be willing to work when the team needs coverage, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including customer-facing and back-of-store areas.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
