About The Position

Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Prime Turbines location in Carrollton, Texas. The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients by leveraging an in-depth understanding of PAG’s products and services. This role requires strong collaboration with the Customer Service Manager and the Production team to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations.

Requirements

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems (Quantum/Component Control) and Microsoft Office.
Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in English, with basic math skills.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Possess knowledge of the aviation industry and airline Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes.
A minimum of 3 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the aviation industry.

Nice To Haves

A college degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers regularly (weekly/daily) for updates on in-progress jobs via phone or email.
Resolve customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly.
Manage customer quote approvals, re-quoting as necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.
Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and common carriers to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and within defined timeframes.
