Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in: Customer service, Retail, Hospitality, Reception, Call centers, Administration, Sales support, Data entry, Office support, Other customer-facing positions.
• Training and guidance will be provided to help the successful candidate become familiar with company procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Provide accurate, professional, and timely assistance to customers.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure they are resolved.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with general administrative and customer-support tasks.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
• Protect confidential customer and company information.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and service standards.
