About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The role offers flexible scheduling and short or long shifts, with part-time and full-time hours available. Team members take and process orders, provide customer service, perform store tasks, and work independently and collaboratively while meeting quality standards. The position may provide promotional opportunities such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Ability to lift delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including frequent reaching and hand use, occasional climbing, and bending or crouching.
• Talking and hearing on the telephone; depth perception and near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders using verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Follow directives and perform repetitive tasks, independently and with others, while working under stress and meeting strict quality-control standards.
• Analyze and compile data.
• Unload deliveries with a hand truck and lift and stack cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Perform store tasks such as stocking ingredients and shelves, cleaning, changing sign prices, washing walls, and performing maintenance.
• Use pizza-making tools and equipment to prepare and handle pizzas and boxes.
• Handle money and make correct change.
