Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.

  • Experience with call center or dispatch systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, locations, and roadside assistance availability.
  • Record customer requests and details accurately in the company’s system.
  • Coordinate with service locations and dispatch teams to ensure timely response to customer needs.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.
