Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for members, providing excellent customer service over the phone.
- Listen to member needs and offer clear, helpful solutions.
- Assist with questions about accounts, debit and credit cards, loans, savings products, and other financial services.
- Use multiple computer systems to research information and support members efficiently.
- Build positive relationships by delivering professional, friendly, and accurate service.
- Identify member needs and connect them with products and services that may help them reach their financial goals.
