Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence
Ability to manage multiple systems, browsers, and tools simultaneously
Intermediate computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing, navigation between programs)
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
A self-starter mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while handling premium billing tasks independently
Manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with billing questions, payments, and account support
Analyze, research, and resolve billing issues with accuracy and efficiency
Educate members on billing processes and online payment tools
Make outbound calls regarding delinquent accounts and payment follow-ups
Ensure issues are resolved on the first call, or provide timely follow-up when additional research is needed
Navigate multiple systems confidently to locate and update account information
Maintain strict confidentiality of member information at all times
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies
Support members through eligibility checks and reinstatement review processes
Consistently meet performance expectations for response time, call handling, and availability
