About The Position

Responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient communication, maintaining accurate documentation in the ticketing system, supporting service coordination, and meeting weekly performance goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer service or call center experience.
  • Ability to meet call metrics and work in a structured environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems and navigating multiple platforms.
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year healthcare or home care experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • college preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Complete assigned outbound calls (600).
  • Document all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Manage and update daily dashboard assignments.
  • Conduct follow-up and unable-to-locate call attempts.
  • Enter pharmacy leads on the shared tracking sheet.
  • Assist with scheduling and proper call transfers.
  • Escalate concerns appropriately and maintain compliance standards.
  • Support team coverage while maintaining productivity.
