Christian Brothers Automotive is a relationship-driven automotive care facility committed to exceptional customer service, excellence, and unwavering integrity. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to be the face of our shop.
Requirements
- Strong people and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Coachable and reliable
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Provide shuttle service for guests (company vehicle)
- Assist with parts, errands, and light administrative tasks
- Help keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support the team wherever needed
