About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. The role is an entry-level opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills while preparing pizzas and helping customers. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, and clean equipment and the facility. The company provides training in its pizza-making techniques and emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and maintaining a positive, fun environment.

Positions are available full-time or part-time, including as little as one or two days per week. A criminal background check is required. All team members are eligible for benefits, with eligibility for some benefits dependent on approximate hours worked per week.

Requirements

• Be fun, friendly, and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be punctual and have a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team.
