Requirements
- A passion for working with people and offering outstanding customer support
- The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Answers calls from customers wanted to place an order from our e-commerce website
- Answer incoming inquiries on product details, return policies, billing issues, general concerns.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
- Engage with clients in friendly/professional manner while assisting them with online orders.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with company's service policies.
