Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with office equipment (phones, copiers, etc.)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them with professionalism and care
  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
  • Take and deliver accurate messages
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keep the office organized and running efficiently
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Track orders and communicate with vendors
  • Follow company processes and support the team wherever needed
