About The Position

We’re seeking a reliable and collaborative individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a marine parts distributor. In this role, you’ll handle order entry and quotations, assist the sales team, respond to customer inquiries, and take on additional responsibilities as needed. The position requires strong multitasking skills to address questions related to pricing, product availability, and lead times, along with a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software systems
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
