Best Way Distribution is determined to continually strive for process improvements and the betterment of the industry. Best Way Distribution is enlarging our Customer Service Team. We are looking for strong Customer Service Reps to add to our growing team. The Customer Service Rep. will coordinate office and operations activities while providing clerical and administrative support. This position will process orders, resolve customer issues and address complaints.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and vey detail oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to multi-task.
  • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment (computers, printers, label printers, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite or related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in office administration or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Extensiv experience highly desirable.
  • Experience with Freshdesk and Extensiv preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Assist other staff members with their assigned duties as needed
  • Oversees telephone services, and email correspondence.
  • Maintains all records, documentation, and files associated with this role
  • Develop customer relationships by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
  • Process orders, customer set-up, applications, etc.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
