About The Position

Coffman & Co is a heating, air conditioning, and plumbing company located in Arvada, CO, with a long-standing employee retention rate. We are seeking a reliable individual to join our Customer Service Department. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and directing calls to upper management when necessary. We are looking for someone with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer and phone skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Problem solving abilities
Must be able to work some holidays and Saturdays
Attention to detail and able to multi-task
All candidates must pass a background check and drug screening
Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
Ability to handle sensitive customer concerns while proactively recommending solutions that meet the customer and company needs.
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Some experience in heating/air conditioning industry and call center preferred
Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated
Data entry
Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule maintenance appointments
