Customer Service Representative - Full Time
About The Position
At POSTNET in West Ashley, we have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Rep. This position involves assisting our customers with their printing and shipping needs along with clerical duties as needed. We are looking for an Associate that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires careful attention to details while frequently shifting your priorities based upon needs. The perfect candidate would be a quick thinker/talker/mover that is also able to memorize specifics very quickly. If you are an individual with an upbeat personality that can stay focused and effective in a very busy retail/production environment, you may be the person we are looking for!
Requirements
- Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
- Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in-person
- Reliable transportation required
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Careful attention to details
- Ability to frequently shift priorities based upon needs
