About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative or Account Manager to play a pivotal role in our daily operations. In this position, you’ll be on the front line of client relations, handle policy processes, and support our sales team by providing excellent service for our clients. Requirements

At least 1 year of property and casualty insurance experience.
Property and Casualty License required.
High School diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with high standards of professionalism.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a strong sense of urgency.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage client relations, claims, policy changes, and billing issues with exceptional care.
Prepare and deliver important documents to clients and mortgage companies.
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Support the client onboarding process to create positive experiences and improve retention.
Interact with clients to manage accounts and resolve challenges effectively.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and maintain CRM accuracy.
Actively promote and sell insurance products using consultative sales techniques.
Analyze and meet established client retention rates by contacting clients during renewals.
Meet or exceed individual KPIs consistently.
Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission of excellent service.
