Accurately process incoming and outgoing orders within designated systems. Provide customer service to daily activities related to warehousing operations. This role requires flexibility, reliability, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, initiative, high quality of work, ability to follow directions, strong communication skills, appropriate appearance, and a commitment to safety. The Customer Service Representative will interface directly with the customer, ensuring professional and courteous relationships, and responding to customer requests within an hour. They will also be responsible for entering and completing all inbound and outbound orders and extra billing by the end of the work shift, reviewing open receipts and orders daily, and assigning trailers to designated dock doors for efficient warehouse flow.
