The position involves processing orders, making necessary updates, and escalating concerns when required. The ideal candidate is passionate about assisting people, can remain calm under pressure, and contributes to a dynamic workflow.

Requirements

  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
  • Proficiency in Google-based tools and ability to navigate multiple programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions via phone, email, social media, SMS, and live chat.
  • Assist customers by answering product and service questions and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying concerns, determining the best solution, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist customers with processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate leadership and/or department when necessary.
