About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining positive account relationships by functioning as an in-office customer service contact in order to meet customer expectations and increase profits.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of an associate's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Works directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure adequate production levels of product are present or scheduled for customer needs
  • Works directly with customers and in house production and transportation management to coordinate order fulfillment
  • Contact customers in accordance with proposed schedule and resolves concerns and problems
  • Inspects product quality and monitor inventory levels
  • Conducts price comparisons and communicates information as required
  • Assists in the resolution of production scheduling conflicts.
  • Assists in resolving accounts receivable problems and opportunities
  • Prepares various reports and maintains records as required
  • Performs other duties as required
