Century Martial Arts has been serving martial artists, schools, and fitness enthusiasts worldwide for nearly 50 years. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers through inbound phone calls, email, and account assistance. You will answer customer questions, process orders, resolve concerns, and help create a positive customer experience with every interaction. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

6 months to 2 years of customer service experience
Call center experience preferred
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Windows-based systems
Retail, customer support, customer care, or contact center experience

Responsibilities

Answer high-volume inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with orders, product information, pricing, promotions, and shipping inquiries
Update customer accounts accurately
Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
Meet customer service and performance goals
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Support retail showroom operations as needed
Occasionally make outbound customer follow-up calls
Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service
