As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting our collision repair and service operations. For over 50 years, Budget Truck & Auto has built a reputation for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. We specialize in collision repair, custom painting, and vinyl graphics for passenger vehicles, commercial trucks, motor coaches, RVs, and more.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of office or administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CCC ONE
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Automotive, trucking, collision repair, or service industry knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and creating a positive first impression
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries professionally
  • Processing vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Entering and maintaining accurate customer, billing, and repair information
  • Assisting with invoicing and billing functions
  • Coordinating paperwork and documentation throughout the repair process
  • Managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Supporting the team with additional administrative duties as needed
