The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This role involves understanding Copart practices to offer solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience, with a primary focus on obtaining the release of vehicles from various locations. The CSR acts as the face of the company, often being the first point of contact for customers. The position may expand to include chat and email customer support. Key functions include answering and placing calls professionally, focusing on call resolution, utilizing company resources to gather information, and offering solutions to meet customer needs. Other duties may be assigned.
