About The Position

RoofServ is a veteran-owned and veteran-led roofing company serving homeowners and businesses across the Southeast, with locations in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. We are the only double-certified roofer in Georgia carrying both GAF Master Elite and Owens Corning Platinum Preferred status. That puts us in the top 2% of roofing contractors in the country. We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and helping ensure every customer has a positive experience with RoofServ.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule
Proficiency with computer systems and basic software
Professional phone manner
Comfort discussing invoices and outstanding balances with customers in a courteous, professional, and persistent manner
Strong problem-solving ability and patience with customers

Nice To Haves

Roofing or construction experience is a plus
Experience in the roofing or construction industry
Knowledge of roofing materials and services
Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems
Previous accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience

Responsibilities

Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule roof inspections, estimates, and service appointments
Document customer information accurately in our system
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
Coordinate with field teams and management to resolve customer issues
Provide quotes and pricing information to potential customers
Follow up with customers regarding project status and satisfaction
Support accounts receivable by monitoring customer balances, sending invoices and payment reminders, and maintaining accurate collection notes
Contact customers regarding past-due balances, answer billing questions, and coordinate with management to resolve payment issues or disputes
Maintain current knowledge of roofing services, products, and pricing
