About The Position

Parkwest Casino is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and make a real difference in our guest’s experience! The Customer Service Representative leads employees on the casino floor by creating efficient and fair dealer rotations, enforcing established on table policies and procedures, and demonstrates exemplary customer service to our guests. This position is the perfect opportunity for a confident experienced individual with a great understanding of casino floor operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Open availability.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
  • Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
  • Required to stand and walk short distances upwards of two or three hours at a time.
  • Regularly required to see, talk and hear.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and change (lower and rise) betting limits to maximize on table game revenue.
  • Understand when and why to open tables.
  • Learn all Park West Casino house rules, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the integrity of all offered games by making consistent table rulings in the best interest of the game.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to guests.
