About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly customer service and helping maintain store standards. The role involves working in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborating with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and availability on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift; occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain high standards for store appearance.
Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
