About The Position

This position handles customer service inquiries and verifies account information via telephone or email correspondence. Increasing and maintaining high customer satisfaction is key in this role. You will also be verifying bank account and employment information, so accuracy and attention to detail are attributes we are looking for. Yessio, LLC is a family-owned business established in 2011. We can hire remotely throughout the state of Utah, including Price, Logan, Cedar City, St. George, Provo, and Salt Lake City.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills
• Cheerful attitude
• Ability to learn new skills
• Generally computer savvy
• Self-motivated to improve skills and add value
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Basic mathematical skills

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound calls
• Educate and build rapport with customers
• Consult with customers to answer customer inquiries
• Help setup customer accounts and verify banking and employment information
• Process customer payments
• Provide excellent service while achieving quality results
