About The Position

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional support to dealers, buyers, and auction customers by assisting with transaction inquiries, processing documentation, and resolving routine issues. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, efficient communication, and a positive customer experience while coordinating with internal departments to support daily auction operations.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or transaction processing.

Nice To Haves

Experience in automotive, auctions, dealership, or finance environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assists customers with account inquiries, transaction questions, and auction-related concerns.
Processes documentation related to vehicle sales, payments, and transaction records.
Provides accurate information regarding auction procedures, policies, and requirements.
Coordinates with Title, Registration, Transportation, and Accounting teams to resolve routine issues.
Handles inbound calls, emails, and in-person service requests professionally.
Maintains accurate customer records and updates internal systems accordingly.
Verifies documentation for completeness and compliance with company standards.
Supports sale-day customer service activities and dealer check-in processes.
Escalates complex issues to supervisors or management as appropriate.
Performs other duties as assigned.
