About The Position
As a BellStore Customer Service Representative, you are the direct link between the company and its customers and are responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This role is for the third shift/midnight shift, typically from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, efficient, friendly, and exceptional customer service.
- Handle money and complete transactions.
- Stock merchandise on the sales floor and in coolers.
- Work with other store employees as a member of the BellStore Team.
- Maintain clean facilities and work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management.
