About The Position

The position involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, scheduling appointments, making outbound calls to existing customers, communicating via text, updating a CRM system, and acting as a liaison between customers and various company departments. Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound calls, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
Complete 150+ outbound calls per day to existing customers (warm calls, no cold calling).
Communicate with customers in real-time using the Podium dashboard.
Update the CRM (Zoho) with accurate notes and status changes.
Interact with nearly every department, acting as a liaison between customers and the company.
