About The Position

Our client, an established direct-sales company based in Orem, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join its team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in solving problems the first time around. You will be the voice of the company for its customers and field representatives, handling questions about products, orders, accounts, and the compensation plan. Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer service or customer experience role.
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, steady approach to difficult conversations.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A real passion for taking care of customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience supporting customers or field reps at a direct-sales or MLM company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional way.
  • Manage customer accounts and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Explain products, services, and the compensation plan clearly and confidently.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues with products and orders.
  • Partner with other departments to resolve issues and close the loop with the customer.
  • Spot ways to improve the customer experience and share them with leadership.
  • Keep customer satisfaction high through proactive, friendly follow-up.
