About The Position

This role involves processing paperwork, maintaining confidential files, and operating a computerized word processing system to produce various documents. The representative will handle general telephone inquiries, direct customers, and prepare/execute loan-related documents. Responsibilities also include issuing proceeds checks and performing administrative duties for consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Process paperwork related to departmental activities.
  • Establish and maintain files and records, including confidential ones.
  • Operate a computerized word processing system to produce letters, reports, forms, and other printed documents.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as typing, filing, and recording.
  • Answer telephone and respond to general inquiries.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate area.
  • Prepare and execute documents such as notes, disclosures, rescissions, and checklists.
  • Issue proceeds checks.
  • Perform duties related to the processing and administration of existing loans in consumer lending, commercial lending, and mortgage lending.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
