About The Position

Major Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. This role involves managing high volume calls for the Customer Service/Sales department, meeting daily and weekly sales goals, monitoring orders, and proactively communicating any issues. The position also includes running daily reports, data entry, and assisting the sales team with order entry. The work environment is a professional office setting, and the role requires availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of experience
  • Experience with NCR eView, Extend Data
