About The Position

Classic RV Inc is seeking customer-focused independent contractors to provide phone support for the company. The opportunity is suited to individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping customers and want a flexible work-from-home schedule. The role involves assisting customers with reservations, booking updates, account inquiries, and other concerns while documenting calls across multiple computer systems and meeting client service, attendance, and quality expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with typing and data entry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build teams and develop positive rapport with employees at all levels and with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers.
• Help with reservations, booking updates, and general account inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while documenting calls.
• Meet client service, attendance, and quality expectations.
