The Customer Service Representative (CSR) delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. The CSR possesses a thorough understanding of Copart practices to offer solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary responsibility is to obtain the release of vehicles from locations such as body shops, other facilities, and residences. This role also includes other office support functions as needed. The CSR is the 'face' of the company, often being the first point of contact for customers. The position may expand to include chat and email customer support. Responsibilities include answering and making calls professionally, with performance measured on call quality (knowledge, professionalism, follow-up timeliness). The focus is on call resolution, utilizing company resources to gather information and provide solutions to meet customer needs. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient with office equipment

  • Computer proficiency - MS Suite
  • Typing speed 45WPM
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
