Requirements

Prior customer service experience with a demonstrated record of reliability and professionalism.
A strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Reputation management experience
Knowledge on Social Media Platforms
Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business and customer needs.
Candidates must be dependable, professional, and able to represent the Four Seasons brand with confidence and care.

Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs while ensuring a positive experience.
Help identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate follow-up or resolution.
