Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Supporting customer projects, you will be responsible for preparing customer quotations for roll maintenance projects while maintaining strong customer relations. You’ll utilize company guidelines and systems along with historical data to create accurate quotations and ensure that all required information is available from the beginning of the process so that the customer project can be executed promptly and accurately. Your professionalism and attention to detail will support an effective handover to the next team in the process. You’ll consult and work with our engineering, inspection, product management and manufacturing groups as needed to ensure top quality work and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree from a college or university in a related field; or an Associate Degree from a two-year college; or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- High level of computer skills
- Salesforce application knowledge helpful
