About The Position
Guhring Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. In this role, the representative will be the key connection between customers, the sales team, production departments, and management, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret order information and technical documents
Nice To Haves
- SAP experience is a plus
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, fax, and website inquiries
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide pricing, delivery, and product information to customers
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and order confirmations
