Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory/WMS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately
- Schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support daily office and warehouse operations
