About The Position
We’re hiring a Customer Service Rep to help passengers, answer questions, support events, and help keep things running smoothly in the terminal! If you love helping people and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect role for you! This is a part-time, on-site position averaging 24-28 hours per week.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be 18 or older
- Up to one year of customer service experience
- Great attitude and eagerness to grow
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a long-term basis
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience is a plus!
- Enjoy helping people
- Can walk/stand frequently
- Don't mind some physical activity (pushing up to 100lbs/lifting to 50lbs)
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with wheelchair and cart transportation
- Keep wheelchairs/carts clean & sanitized
- Answer passenger questions on airport services, security, baggage & more
- Respond to calls on the customer service/LEP line
- Support PR with events and logistics
- Staff the information booth & maintain tourism materials
- Perform additional duties as assigned
